Served Luncheons and Dinners • Wedding Breakfast Menus
From the menus on the following pages, please choose one Soup or Starter, one Main Course and one Pudding, to create you own bespoke menu.

• The price of your chosen menu is determined by the cost of the Main Course.

All Soups and Starters are served with locally baked Bread Rolls and Butter

• All Main Courses are served with chef’s selection of Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables.

• Freshly brewed Coffee or Tea with Mints is complimentary with your chosen menu.

We advise you to follow a set meal, however if you wish to offer your guests a choice on each course we will price your chosen menu for you.  Depending on whether you are able to advise us of your guests choices in advance, or not, expect the menu price to increase somewhere between 20% and 40%.

Special Diets - If any of your guests have specific dietary requirements, we would be able to provide something appropriate.

Ingredients - We use only the finest quality ingredients, produced locally with minimum food miles where possible, please see our list of local suppliers and producers.

Genetically Modified Foods - It is our policy to avoid the use of genetically modified foods as far as we are able.

Nut Allergies - Some of the dishes on these menus contain nuts or nut derivatives.  if you need any further information, please ask.

Themed Menus - If you would like us to create a distinctive themed menu to suit your particular event, please let us know.

Onion Soup - Made with Yorkshire Ale topped with a "Swaledale" Cheese Croute

Leek and Potato Soup made with Local leeks and local organic Potatoes garnished with Crispy Leeks [v]

Roast Plum Tomato Soup with Basil - Plum Tomatoes roasted with Garlic and Balsamic Vinegar pureed with locally grown Basil [v]

Pe and Ham Soup - A traditional hearty Soup finished with Ham from Wensleydale

Tomato, Carrot and Lentil Soup - A delicately spiced Soup made with local organic Carrots [v]

Cream of Parsnip Soup - A delicious Soup finished with Cream from Skipton [v]

Carrot and Coiander Soup - Local organic Carrots enhanced with fresh Coriander finished with Cream from Skipton [v]

A Home Made Salmon Tart served with a Mixed Leaf, Dill and Cuucmber Salad

Potted Yorkshire Pork - Locally reared Pork braised slowly with aromatic Spices served with "Rosebud Farm" Yorkshire Chutney

Smoked Salmon Salad - A selection of mixed Leaves, Tomatoes, Cucumber and Croutons with locally Smoked Salmon and diced "Swaledale" Cheese

Duck and Orange Salad - Locally smoked sliced Duck Breast served with mixed Leaves and Orange segments dressed with a dressing made from Whiolegrain Mustard and "Womersley Farm" Raspberry Vinegar

Thai Style Fish Cakes - Fresh Cod combined with Spring Inions, Red Chillis, Coriander and locally grown organic Potatoes served with a Thai Style Salad and a sweet Chilli Sauce

Tomato and Blue Wensleydale Tart - A Tomato based tart topped with Blue Wensleydale served with Salad and "Rosebud Farm" Onion Marmalade [v]

Salmon Rilette - Scottish Salmon braised, then combined with fresh Dill and Lemon Juice - Potted and served with Locally baked Apricot and Walnut Bread

Tricolour Salad - Avocado, sliced Tomato and Mozzarella pearls served on a bed of mixed Leaf and fresh Basil with a dressing of Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar [v]
